OUR CULTURE

LIFE AT MILLERCLAPPERTON

At MillerClapperton, we love a good celebration.  We celebrate our achievements and each other.  That’s what a family is all about.  We care for each other and our community, and we celebrate what makes us unique while we work toward a common goal.  We look for opportunities to connect with one another, to share our diverse experiences, and make our workforce stronger.

We challenge ourselves to do our best work and strive for the best possible outcomes in all that we do.  At the heart of it, we work hard, but we’re also serious about having fun.  From coveted annual events like our Cornhole Tournament to birthday cake and lunch scrambles, we appreciate a good excuse to come together.  We are MillerClapperton and we’re proud to be a top place to work.

CHARITABLE INITIATIVES

TED S. MILLER BLOOD DRIVE

For the past several years, MillerClapperton has enthusiastically supported the American Red Cross by holding an annual Blood Drive in honor of the company's late co-founder, Ted S. Miller. It has been a way for us as a company to not only honor his legacy, but also a way to give back to our community.

In 2018, we thanked all of our MillerClapperton staff, friends, and family for participating in the 7th Annual Ted S. Miller Memorial Blood Drive in which we registered 12 new donors, collected 47 units, and potentially saved 141 lives.

MILLERCLAPPERTON CARES

The opportunity for us to do more as a company presented itself in 2018, and we embraced the challenge by not only committing ourselves to a great cause, but also pledging to make this an annual initiative to support many worthwhile charities. We put our heart into our work and we wanted to apply this same passion to helping our community.

The company's new philanthropic initiative is known as MillerClapperton Cares. The name speaks to our commitment to social responsibility and the impact we can make when we work together.

Our colleagues, friends, and associates raised over $20,000 for our first great cause, The Kyle Pease Foundation.
